Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our listings are always verified with the physical presence of their business operations, and we have many satisfied customers all over the world. We follow a very strict ‘No-refund’ policy and we do not entertain any cancellations or refund requests. If in case you are not happy with your reservation or bookings, we will issue an exchange option. The package or booking has to be refunded by the property owner to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please note handling charges will be borne by the customer for cancellations. As we are direct resellers for several major brands, we allow customers to get in touch with respective brands or property owners directly for any cancellation of booking or reservation or amenities purchased.
